Every Jacob & Co. creation comes with a certificate of authenticity and a unique serial number. We recommend purchasing exclusively through our official website or authorized global boutiques to guarantee the integrity of your piece.
What are your international shipping policies?
We offer complimentary, fully insured global shipping on all orders. Due to the high value of our items, a signature from an adult is required upon delivery, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging with all security tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke or personalized commissions are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on watches and jewelry?
Yes, all Jacob & Co. timepieces are covered by a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Fine jewelry is subject to a one-year craftsmanship guarantee.
