Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your item in its original Jacob & Co. presentation box along with all certificates, warranty cards, and manuals provided at the time of purchase.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid high-value shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure your return is fully insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our master artisans will inspect the item for authenticity and condition; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
